ARCH_430J Seminar: ‘Documenting Le Corbusier’
Sung Ho Kim, Professor & Eric Mumford, Rebecca and John Voyles Professor of Architecture
In this design research seminar, students made digital and physical models of some of the architectural design projects of the renowned French-Swiss architect Le Corbusier (1887–1965). Students worked individually and in teams to produce drawings and physical models of built projects such as the Sainte Marie de La Tourette monastery (1953), as well as unbuilt designs such as the League of Nations headquarters (1926).
